She leaves many grieving colleagues and students there.ĭoris and her family loved vacationing at Big Cedar Lodge in the Ozarks in southwest Missouri, and sampling wines from several of Missouri's vineyards. She worked as the Assistant to Culver-Stockton's President for over two decades and was an avid supporter of the College and its' mission. She was preceded in death by her parents - Alva in 1977 and Eva in 1991 as well as a brother, Dallas Hobb who died in 1975.ĭoris graduated from Wyaconda High School in 1971 and from Culver Stockton College in Canton in 1991. Briscoe, age 61 of Williamstown, MO, died unexpectedly on Christmas morning, December 25, 2014, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL.
